

As commercial real estate brokers, we provide our services to help clients achieve their business objectives. Unlike traditional sale or lease transactions involving a commission, we have successfully completed consulting projects in which the client, either a property owner or tenant, retained our services on a temporary basis to achieve a specific result. We have been retained for services on projects involving lease administration, rent collections, and filing unlawful detainer actions.
We have also assisted tenants negotiating a new lease with an existing landlord by searching the marketplace and advising the tenant as to space alternatives and overall market conditions. Compensation was based on either an hourly rate, a fixed fee in a dollar amount mutually agreed upon, or a fee based on a formula such as the amount of money saved or realized by the client. We are always pleased to discuss new projects and a fee structure to fit the client's needs and circumstances.
